The watch arrived w a broken crown, I am having difficulty connecting to do an exchange. Web address comes back invalid. Tried to call and get no response. Please help

Pretty cheap looking. Very flimsy bracelet. Disappointing at $220 and certainly not a a $2,400 watch as advertised. Giving it away to someone who will like it. But it doesn’t merit a place in my collection.
