I received the wrong watch. I left a couple of voice mails and sent several emails to customer service over the course of several days. After a few days I received a response asking for more information including a photo of the watch I had received - which I then sent. I was sent a return authorization via email. I had to email customer service again to have them send the shipping label that they had said they would send and I had not received. The watch has now been returned and I am waiting for shipment of the watch I had actually ordered. The watch I received looked nice but was not what I wanted. Customer service is a little slow but they did authorize return at their expense. One star off for sending the wrong watch and being a little slow to respond to customer service inquiries.
