The watch itself is cute, however the battery has died in a month after receiving the product. When I reached out to the customer service, I was offered a courtesy $10 to purchase and replace the battery locally. Seriously?! Where can I do it for so little money and I'm not going to tamper it to completely void the warranty... My other option was to submit a warranty claim, but I would have to pay $30 (flat rate) to ship it them.
The watch's manual clearly states that the watch has a battery with a 2y life.
I guess nowadays word "warranty" doesn't mean much. Too bad I read Reddit reviews only after I made the purchase. I didn't find any good reviews about this brand.
